Just like you, I have fallen victim to fad diets, 12 week challenges, boring meal plans and one off training programmes hoping they would help me achieve the results I wanted.
Every Monday, every 1st of the month, every New Year would be the same story - right, this is it. This will be my time to commit to it and lose this weight. Each time met with doubt, self sabotage and embarrassment when in fact, this wasn't THE time.
I truly believe that combining personalised fitness strategy and working on your self concept is the missing piece to the weightloss rollercoaster we have all been riding for years.
